| ABSTRACT |
|
The most important thing in the skin graft is bed condition of recipient sites. Usually open wounds are contaminated by bacteria. So priority condition is disinfect the wound. We report a case of 7 years-old man who injured by traffic accident. After that there was skin and soft tissue defect on his right foot. The wound was treated using vacuum assisted dressing. and was covered with alloderm and partial thickness skin graft. (J Korean Wound Management Soc 2013;9:106-108) |
