ABSTRACT |
Stab wound injury can be seen rarely in our daily life, and Multiple stab wounds to the whole body caused by knife are rare events in Korea. We report on a case of a 37 year-old male who was stabbed in whole body in mongolia. Multiple lacerations of his trunk and left lower leg wound were sutured primarily in a mongolian hospital. Debridement of previously sutured wound was performed, and VAC (Vacuum Assisted Closure) dressing applied. On 15th day of VAC (Vacuum Assisted Closure) dressing, primary closure for open wound of left lower leg was performed. and he was discharged with no other complications.
