ABSTRACT
Explosive injury represent a challenging problem with regard to restoring optimal oral function. These wounds represents broad spectrum of combination of burn, high pressure, foreign body and so on. We report the case of a young patient who destroyed oral cavity when blast of firecracker in his mouth. To get optimal restoration of function and feature, evaluation of injury, massive irrigation, proper debridement, skillful suture technique and proper use of antibiotics should be absolutely required.
